Being Michelin's exclusive distributor for two-wheel products sounds impressive.
A small company with only 4–5 sales representatives across Taiwan. During the interview, they painted a very grand picture, but all policies are dictated autocratically by the boss alone. However, the boss is already in their 60s, and their thinking differs greatly from the realities of today’s market. Decisions change from one day to the next. Compared with competitors, the company has no competitiveness whatsoever in marketing, pricing, product performance, and so on. The boss lacks professional ethics and has a record of asking employees to resign on the same day. The boss also directly manages the sales representatives’ A-level clients from behind the scenes in their capacity as the owner. All current employees are hired on fixed-term contracts, and salaries are never paid on time each month, offering very little security. This is by far the most shocking company I have ever worked for.
