Pros
At least they’ll tell you honestly that this is a job requiring you to learn a lot and work hard.
Cons
A low-paying sales job with high turnover, offering only a 3.75% commission. You need a guarantor to waive the right of first defense. One careless mistake could mean giving your entire annual salary back to the company—and even causing someone you trust to help repay it for you. Think carefully before joining this company as a salesperson.
