Pros
I know my abilities aren’t very strong, so I wouldn’t dare say the salary is high. The director directly offered NT$28–30K.
Cons
The planning supervisor has a bad temper. Within my first two months at work, I was yelled at for no reason. The supervisor is the only person in the entire company who is allowed to speak loudly. My salary was immediately cut to NT$22K in the first pay period, and they withheld my wages. They deliberately failed to attend the mediation meeting. Terrible company.
