The company’s CEO has traditional thinking. When the interviewee asked about the company’s benefits, the CEO only stated that there was no year-end bonus. The CEO hopes employees can work hard together to build up the company.
I do not quite understand how a company with annual revenue of 1 billion and fully loaded production lines can have such poor benefits.
