1. Frequent overtime and very few days off
2. The work environment is messy and has fleas
3. Employees who do not obey are dismissed immediately
4. Cliques among coworkers are severe; being excluded and isolated, and having people speak badly about you behind your back, are common
5. Be careful with the interviewing manager; they are quite scheming
