The part-time workers are all simple and easy to get along with.
The company especially likes to recruit straightforward part-time workers and exploit them.
The interview is very casual, and they even ask you to do a one-hour trial shift to see how you perform.
If they are dissatisfied, they dismiss you with all kinds of excuses. Who cares how seriously you worked anyway? If there are no part-time positions, why are you recruiting? The company simply has enough money to hire people. Students attending night school and young people who have just entered the workforce, don’t be lured in by the attractive recruitment advertisements. It’s all a conspiracy.
People with ability can become full-time employees, but first you must meet the requirements of having no parents, no friends, and being completely alone. Congratulations, because this really is what daily life is like: go to work, work until very late (a position of responsibility—yeah, right), and come to work at the same time the next day. Want to take a day off? You’re not tired enough yet? Keep working, then, while taking turns covering shifts with your coworkers.
The boss is great—he loves to get involved in everything. The company operates with lofty goals. The good thing is that it’s basically comparing a chicken leg to a whale; the boss doesn’t act like a boss at all~~ You might as well go on vacation.
