1. Almost no overtime; work starts at 8:30 and ends at 5:30. Overtime pay is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, and the year-end bonus is one month’s salary.
2. You can ask the boss about anything you want to learn—arguably a paradise for newcomers.
I was almost about to start working there, but unfortunately, I was lured away by the appearance of another design company.
The boss is currently looking for a front-end engineer, so everyone, get in touch with him! He’s a cute and down-to-earth boss.
The company is relatively small, and the boss isn’t very good at expressing himself. He provides everything required by the Labor Standards Act, and nothing that isn’t required by it XD (such as employee trips and so on). Five minutes before the interview, I thought I had encountered a terrible company. But the boss is very honest—he simply doesn’t understand design, though he is willing to listen to suggestions.
