Pros
The boss is friendly.
Cons
1. Multiple people are interviewed together, even though the positions they are applying for are all different. The boss asks everyone to ask questions or speak, observing whether they are suitable candidates.
2. Within five minutes of passing the first-round interview, they will call you back for another interview to discuss salary and benefits. The starting salary is very low. You may feel that you spent so much time only to be offered this salary.
