The colleagues are all very nice! We look out for one another!

The boss and the boss’s wife can spend the whole day lecturing employees

and even have a newcomer make the company’s SOP…

They just keep nitpicking and picking at details, saying what is wrong with the SOP.

If there’s something you don’t know, they tell you to learn it yourself and figure it out on your own.

I thought I was the boss’s wife—I'm the one who has to set the SOP?

If there’s a problem, ask them.

All they’ll say is: “I hired you to solve problems, not create them.”

Even after finishing your work, you can’t leave on time.

The next day, they’ll call you in and lecture you, saying you’re not serious about your work??

Senior employees have to leave before you; otherwise, you can’t leave.

Oh, and this doesn’t count as overtime pay.

They also won’t enroll you in labor and health insurance on your start date!!!

If you ask, they’ll say it’s because you only have half a month of working days.

(Do they think everyone is an idiot?)

They won’t backdate your health insurance either, even though that’s possible!

If you want to resign, they’ll just tell you to get out right now~

You don’t even need to fill out a resignation form!

I don’t know whether the salary amount is correct.
