Good work atmosphere (quiet), suitable as a first job for fresh graduates (a chance to learn the ins and outs of a small company).
They are very generous when making salary offers and absolutely won’t haggle with you—just make sure you don’t haggle with the company over that 6% either.
If you don’t work overtime, you won’t be pressured into doing so. Employees maintain clear boundaries with one another, so there’s no need for horizontal communication, and the company provides plenty of jokes to share.
The atmosphere is good, but the company’s systems are incomplete. Before employees leave, the handover checklist is not properly completed, and newcomers are given a broad range of tasks with messy details.
They are generous with salary offers, setting them just high enough to meet the minimum legal standard. It is not suitable for people with prior work experience—they will see through it and leave immediately.
