1. Colleagues get along relatively well.
2. Punctual working hours.
1. No bonuses or benefits. The year-end bonus is so little that one visit to TGI Fridays wipes it out (do the math yourself). Not receiving a pay stub is a given, and it is unclear whether the labor and health insurance are being handled correctly.
2. The boss is unpredictable; only the boss is right. Regardless of whether what the boss asks you to do can be finished in time or is right or wrong, you just do it.
3. You may be inexplicably made a scapegoat. It is not unusual for five people to resign voluntarily because they could not last a month.
4. If you remind the boss and the boss forgets, it is your fault because you did not keep reminding them.
5. The boss may ask for things at any time; if you do not have them ready, you are considered incompetent.
6. Whenever something troublesome is related to work, colleagues will find all kinds of ways to shirk responsibility. The sooner they pass it off, the better.
