Team dinners depending on the boss’s mood (they only go to five-star buffets)
A boss who is very good at painting grand visions and has a strong need for control. There are cameras all over the company, and he will call the extension next to you at any time to ask what you are doing (even when abroad, he monitors through the cloud). Private mobile phones are not allowed at work, and everyone has to write a daily work log after work. If it is not detailed enough, he will scold you.
