Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with, and the bosses are very nice.
Cons
The working hours exceed the standard, with no overtime pay. I am often asked to do things outside my job responsibilities but that my supervisor thinks I should do (staying up late to entertain clients, drinking, etc.).
