The company is very actively seeking employees for transfers/assignments to factories in Thailand, Vietnam, and other locations to serve as Taiwan-based managers (US$45,000/month).
After the interview, they said that successful candidates would be notified by phone.
Before the interview, applicants were required to provide extensive personal and background information.
The position listed on the recruitment website differed from the position discussed during the on-site interview (quality control → production control).
There was no interview with the department manager; only an interview with HR personnel.
