Harmonious work environment

Unfortunately, I was assigned to Manager Chen, who does nothing but slack off. He only asked the assistant to give me some directory names to familiarize myself with. He held fake team morning meetings, had an indifferent attitude when I asked questions, and then blamed the new hires for not producing results. He never cared about or guided the newcomers at all… On one occasion, when our team manager took leave, I was told to attend another team’s morning meeting instead, and I learned a lot. I was even asked, “Doesn’t your team teach you anything!?” This is absolutely ridiculous… (No wonder that team has the fewest people. Tsk.)
