Casual conversation
A young person interviewed me with the company rules in hand, barely asked any questions, and even absurdly said: “We hope to find someone with experience who can get up to speed on their own as quickly as possible, because the senior employees don’t really want to train anyone...” Then don’t randomly ask people to come in for interviews! (Angry) Moreover, this company does not leave a phone number or notify applicants by phone at all; everything is done through written correspondence. I don’t know what they’re trying to avoid... It’s very inefficient. Scheduling days off also involves long working hours, and it’s a low-paying job that does not comply with the Labor Standards Act.
