1. The computers used by the employees all looked quite old. When filling out the application online, I had to press each key four or five times before it responded.

2. It was around 30°C on the day of the interview. The office had no air conditioning or electric fans, only open windows for ventilation. The office environment was very poor and extremely messy.

3. The interview was for the Gangshan branch, and the job bank listing stated that the work location was Gangshan. However, during the interview, they said the assignment could be either the southern district of Tainan or Gangshan. It takes at least 40 minutes to ride from Gangshan to southern Tainan, so this should have been clearly stated in advance. It wasted the job seeker's time.

4. The interview took place in an open space where all employees could hear everything, so there was no privacy. During the interview, the supervisor kept looking at LINE while I was answering, which was very impolite.

5. The job title was administrative staff, but the position required handling everything from human resources, accounting, and warehouse management to general affairs—it was an all-in-one role.

6. It was a responsibility-based position, with working hours from 8:30 to 18:00. The supervisor repeatedly emphasized that 18:00 was the scheduled end time, which made it feel like overtime was expected. They said that during month-end and the beginning of the month, when accounts were being closed, employees generally could not leave until after 8:00 p.m.
