I received a phone invitation from a consultant at AXXXXX XXXX, who said there was a position and asked whether I would be interested. She also said that I could come to the company the next day so she could provide more details and discuss my skills and background. So I went. Upon arrival, I first filled out a form, and then she asked questions about the work experience on my résumé. However, no matter how I answered, she seemed unable to take it in. Perhaps she was unfamiliar with the industries I had worked in previously and presumptuously tried to sum up my work experience using a few keywords, but she was unwilling to listen to my answers. This interview made me feel that the job seeker was treated with great disrespect, and it also lacked professionalism.
