There aren't many advantages.
The office space is very small and feels extremely cramped. During the interview, they asked a lot of questions, including about the level of my previous company's manager, and even asked me to name them. I felt this was very disrespectful of my privacy. I pushed back on the boss, saying that this was private information that I was not comfortable disclosing. They also directly asked how much value I could bring to the company. The demands were very high, making it feel as though they wanted someone exceptionally elite, but the salary was not commensurate.
