Pros
Pretty average. If possible, revise your résumé.
They claim to be a Japanese company, but the salary and benefits are no different from those of a typical traditional industry company.
NT$1,000 for each of the three major holidays, NT$500 for birthdays, and a fixed year-end bonus of one month’s salary.
Cons
They absolutely refuse to say what the monthly salary is. The salary structure consists of a base salary plus performance-based bonuses, so it’s hard to feel reassured when they won’t disclose the monthly salary.
