Pros
During the interview, HR will ask you to go home and write a passage confessing “how much you want to come work here” and send it to them, so don’t answer this question on the spot.
HR will also praise you by saying, “You’re someone with a lot of ideas too. How do you think our company should accommodate you?”
From this, it’s clear that TT really respects people!
Cons
They really do leave people confused.
