When you arrive onsite, the interview is conducted jointly by your direct supervisor and the business supervisor.
They have already reviewed and taken detailed notes on your résumé and portfolio beforehand.
The onsite meeting is also a chance for them to get to know you in person and have a chat,
as well as learn about your work experience and background.
As for the benefits, they seem to include everything you could expect, and perhaps even more?! (I’ve never worked there; I only know the one-sided description they gave.)
Overall, it seems like a good company.
