The company is very wealthy
- The scariest kind of family business, treating employees like slaves and ordering them around late at night and on holidays. You have no choice but to respond, and they like to loudly berate people by name.
- When the boss and managers make mistakes themselves, they like to blame subordinates and use them as scapegoats.
- They do not trust professionals. They hire specialists but refuse to listen to employees' opinions, leaving no room for discussion. Employees are required to carry out the boss's sole opinion, but when it ultimately fails, the employees are held responsible.
- What was described in the interview is completely different from the actual work after joining. The organization changed two or three times within just a few months, yet despite people constantly leaving, nothing improved. Employees are treated as disposable chopsticks.
- Only the boss's relatives or friends can become managers. Senior management has no professional capabilities, and talking to the managers is like playing a lute to a cow.
- There is no overtime pay, and requesting compensatory leave gets you put on a blacklist.
- They really like making employees pay out of pocket, while also requiring employees to submit their own reimbursement requests and then taking a long time to approve them.
- The entire family works at the company and treats it like their household kitchen, with employees treated as servants and ordered to wash dishes or clean.
- The turnover rate is truly far too high, and there are no professionals worth learning from.
