Pros
The interviewer was friendly.
Cons
They scheduled an interview time but then made the candidate wait 20 minutes. During the interview, it wasn't held in a meeting room; instead, they spoke directly in front of everyone... It felt like there was little privacy. I was told that the boss may call at any time and that I would need to carry my phone frequently..... Would I also need to respond to messages after going home at night? Can anyone with firsthand knowledge shed some light?
