A company with only a handful of employees; please think twice before applying.
1. The boss is emotional and acts according to the content of phone calls at any time—sending you to the greater Taipei area in the morning and the outskirts of New Taipei City in the afternoon.
2. Low pay and multiple duties. If work at a client’s site cannot be completed and takes longer, you bear the loss yourself; there is no overtime pay.
3. You are expected to know how to do everything. You are given a book and told to learn it yourself, followed by an immediate assessment.
4. If there is no money to hire a skilled technician and the boss cannot do it either, you are told to figure out a solution yourself.
5. The only advantage is that if you work yourself to death, you will definitely learn everything, because you are the only one.
