Interview: interview with the finance manager

During the interview, the supervisor had not reviewed the candidate's information beforehand, so they repeated the same questions and were unable to understand your answers.

Company benefits, salary, etc.

Labor and health insurance are provided. The three annual holiday bonuses are paid in the form of alcoholic beverages and other company products. Overtime can only be compensated with time off and cannot be paid as overtime wages. There is an annual salary adjustment.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30–18:30; Friday, 9:00–18:00.

The probationary period is 3 months. Salary is NT$30,000, with salary adjustments based on ability (the job posting on 104 states NT$32,000 and up).
