Lots of traveling around
First of all, regarding the days off: although they say it is a two-day weekend, what it really means is that you are scheduled for two days off per week. The work involves replenishing and changing prizes in claw machines, collecting money, maintaining the machines, and recording meter readings. You use your own car to travel around. You have to work hard to collect from the machines and arrange the claw machine locations properly in order to attract more customers (it is somewhat like being an arcade operator), except that the profits are not yours!! You basically get no lunch break; taking a break means no pay and no performance! The starting salary is not high!!
