No pros
At first, we were still chatting and joking, but after finding out that I was from southern Taiwan, their attitude changed completely. No matter what I asked, they acted indifferent. The boss's attitude was seriously problematic. After the written tests for Chinese-to-English and English-to-Chinese translation, they kept making sarcastic comments about my English proficiency and so on. A score of 700 is right there—how much can you expect from someone with that score? You require over 90% accuracy, so why not just look for someone with a score above 950? Why bother contacting me?
The most outrageous part was that the "boss" wouldn't explain the salary. I mean "informing me," not "negotiating the pay." Even if I wasn't selected, at least informing me would have been enough, and I wouldn't have come online to criticize your company. They said they would tell me after I started working; the whole thing was ridiculous.
HR's overall ability to handle things was also a major problem. The interview notifications repeatedly contained errors: incorrect dates, incorrect written-test content several times, and even an interview time in the middle of the night? The boss also said that this industry needs people who are very detail-oriented. Aren't you contradicting yourself by acting this way? What on earth are you doing?
The above represents only my personal interview experience
