Cons
The female owner and her son are the managers; the other company is called Yuan Mei Tang.
During the interview, they asked about zodiac signs for evaluation, and there were also many wealth-attracting decorations in the office, which may suggest some superstitious beliefs.
The employee contract requires a 180-day probationary period and also states that dismissal during the probationary period will not be subject to advance notice, which violates Article 16 of the Labor Standards Act.
