The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
The supervisor has problems managing their emotions.
In addition, because the company’s performance has not been very good, it is impossible to receive a raise or be paid the correct overtime wages.
It is not possible to receive overtime pay, yet one person is expected to do the work of two. After working overtime, employees are still criticized for lacking ability. The supervisor picks on the weak and fears the strong, so they make indirect, sarcastic remarks targeting colleagues with gentler personalities. The work atmosphere is quite poor.
It is a job that can make people doubt themselves.
