1. Most of the core production is overseas; Taiwan is responsible only for R&D and pilot production. However, the overall standards at the overseas plants are generally low, and the number of production-line and product abnormalities is extremely high. Issues can almost only be resolved remotely by relying on the Taiwan plant, requiring strong technical and communication skills.
