A great place for newcomers to gain experience and develop their skills
The following is based on nearly two years of work experience in this company's formalwear department (Tainan Fei X Wedding)
1. No overtime pay
2. Being one minute late means losing your perfect-attendance bonus
2. The company has its own internal deduction rules. The minimum penalty is NT$500 for not unplugging the iron when leaving; failing to register a bouquet can result in a deduction of NT$1,500, and so on.
3. Attendance at all company events, large or small, is mandatory (if you don't go, your supervisor will berate you relentlessly)
There are many illogical and unlawful practices here, just waiting for everyone to experience them～～～～
At present, I have already left the company.
If the company later has a change of heart and improves,
