The store manager said the sales bonuses are pretty good and can amount to over ten thousand. I don't know if that's really true.

With experience, the probationary salary is NT$28,000; without experience, it should be NT$26,000. They also didn't say how much the salary would increase after passing the two-month probationary period—only that it would depend on performance. This point is quite puzzling.

There are eight days off per month, but occasionally one or two of those days off must be used to attend classes in Longtan, Taoyuan. That's really unreasonable. It's far enough as it is, and they also deduct your days off. They didn't mention transportation subsidies either; personally, I think there probably aren't any.

The work schedule doesn't guarantee two days off every weekend, so it's possible to work twelve days in a row, since that doesn't violate the Labor Standards Act.

They require you to arrive half an hour early and leave half an hour late, adding a full hour to your workday. In other words, the basic workday is at least 11 hours. They even said that almost no one leaves on time, even on the morning shift. Every Sunday, you also have to stay after work for a meeting. Exactly how much extra time do they expect to squeeze out of people? I'm speechless!

Only consider this company if you can genuinely accept long working hours and don't mind having your days off taken away.
