Not a single benefit listed by the company on the job bank website has ever actually been provided. For example, employee trips were only written there to deceive people. There were only a few staff dinners, and then they stopped holding them. The bonuses for the three major holidays are just snack allowances added together and called bonuses. There is no year-end bonus either. The boss only talks and never takes action. The sales staff are useless and never take on any work. The factory manager also only talks. Whenever I ask him to find someone to repair a machine or purchase materials, he keeps complaining and delaying it repeatedly. He waits until the machine actually breaks down, then comes and blames me, even though he himself is unwilling to spend money to hire someone to repair or maintain the machines.
