During the interview, the manager was presumably the owner. They communicated clearly and courteously. The company's business is divided by region, and new employees are said to receive guidance. The job requires riding around extensively to visit clients, build up and develop a network of contacts, and increase the chances of closing deals. After several years, the income should gradually become more stable.
