Pros
The HR staff were quite polite.
Cons
1. The senior manager who conducted the interview seemed to think that the company was a superstar corporation that everyone wanted to join.
Even when I interviewed with well-known major tech companies, they were much more courteous than he was.
2. The company seems to require formal attire, with a style resembling that of a strict traditional industry.
