Nothing to do
1. There are suspicions that supervisors have sexually harassed female colleagues verbally or physically, and there have even been instances of discrimination against homosexuals.
2. The systems are inadequate, with many areas needing improvement, but they are all ignored.
3. The statements made to external vendors and internal employees alike tend to be exaggerated, flashy, and lacking in substance.
4. There is nothing to learn, and the services the company can provide are unclear.
5. The company atmosphere is like that of a traditional manufacturing enterprise—old-fashioned and lacking innovation.
