I noticed no one had replied, so I’m taking this opportunity to report on the appalling way your company’s HR department treats job applicants.
I’m specifically here to share this fresh interview experience.
Your company proactively contacted me through 104 to invite me to an interview, and then called me to arrange a time.
From the invitation to the day of the interview, there was a full seven-day interval.
Your company’s HR department had plenty of time to notify the applicant that the interview had been canceled.
Instead, the applicant only found out upon arriving at the site that the position had already been filled?
Ms. Kelly Hu from the HR department of Taiwan Lai Technology, don’t you feel even the slightest bit embarrassed?
You openly let other passersby in the lobby hear that this is how your company stands up job applicants.
There wasn’t even a single apology or expression of regret. Instead, you defiantly told me that you had found someone for the position.
So I’m just supposed to accept being stood up?
It’s truly hard to imagine that an HR department that recruits people this way would treat its employees any better. No wonder you’re short-staffed.
I’m sharing this specifically to warn others: if you’re going to interview with this company, be very careful about its appalling behavior. Don’t let there be another victim.
