None, although the employee who greeted me may have said hello.
1. The supervisor seemed clueless and had a poor, impolite attitude.
2. The supervisor did not review my résumé before the interview and only said after I arrived that my experience did not match.
3. The basic compensation, policies, and whether overtime is required were not disclosed.
4. The company culture is old-fashioned.
5. The company may have recorded me without my consent. Before the interview, there was a phone mounted nearby, coincidentally pointed directly at my face. The company said, “We were just recording a video—is it okay if you sit here?” So, did they turn it off? People going for an interview should take note. I only realized afterward that I might have been recorded.
A company that conducts interviews this poorly should think about that themselves.
