During the interview, you have to fill out the company’s résumé form. They will then explain that the salary is the minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, that they need someone with very strong sales skills, and that the performance pressure is very high. After you finish filling it out, they will ask you to introduce yourself. The questions they ask include: whether you know what their company does, why you left your previous job, your previous work experience, and so on. After asking all these questions, they will say: “Give me one reason why we should hire you.” Finally, they will say that they will submit the information to HR and that there may be a second interview.
