Sorry, none.
1. Boss: Suspected of having eavesdropping devices installed, and spends a large part of working hours watching the surveillance cameras (the kind who calls an extension within one second of seeing something); keeps changing sales strategies, and when performance is poor, first blames employees for not knowing how to sell; singles out and takes out frustrations on employees (while claiming to be fair in rewards and punishments); whatever he has done or said, when a problem arises he directly claims that he did not say or do it that way (or at all), shifting the blame onto employees; and is especially skilled at making grand promises.
2. Colleagues: They appear to get along harmoniously on the surface, but in reality they are very skilled at passing the buck and shifting blame. They justifiably push their own problems onto others and tell them to solve them.
3. Overall: The company describes itself on the job bank as a warm and friendly workplace. Some people may already feel that something is off during the interview (your intuition at the time is actually correct—just run), but after actually joining, you will discover that things are not merely outrageous; they can be even more outrageous.
In fact, the pressure at this company is extremely high. There is not only pressure to meet performance targets, but also a constant feeling of being monitored.
P.S. The position remains posted for a long time because new hires for this position are almost treated as disposable employees.
