The four-day training process consists of teaching some very basic concepts and products, followed by constant practice in how to pitch to customers. On the fourth day, the instructor acts as a customer, and trainees introduce and sell products using what they learned in class. After everything is completed, they wait for the instructor to assign them to various department store counters.
After actually joining the company, I found that its systems were very inadequate. After being assigned to a counter, the counter manager only observes whether you are suitable for the position. Some people in the same training group worked for three days before being told, “After evaluating you in all aspects, we have determined that you are unsuitable,” and were directly informed that they did not need to come to work that day. If you want to resign, the company will not let you leave on the date you request. They deliberately make things difficult, requiring you to wait until the company finds someone to take over, or they may hope that you will simply stop coming to work the next day. It feels like they are constantly interviewing new hires. Full-time employees and part-timers take turns working. When you report a problem to a company supervisor, they only tell you to figure it out yourself, and impatiently tell you not to bother them with such a minor issue.
