The work environment is clean, and the employees are very friendly.
There is no cleaning staff.
1. Employees from each department take turns during lunchtime every week to clean the dishes and serve meals to the chairman. After eating, they also have to clean the tables, chairs, sink, and so on. There is only one day a week when the lunchtime nap is not cut short.
2. Sweep the floor on Monday mornings, and sweep the restrooms and corridors after work.
3. Social status is highly valued.
4. When working overtime, you have to wait until your supervisor leaves work before you can go home.
5. No matter whether you have questions or opinions, no one will listen because your position is low; only people in the same position will listen.
6. No overtime pay.
