This company’s recruitment process was strange from the very beginning. Although they clearly found my information on 104, instead of sending a notification through 104, they invited me to an interview by email. The interview was hastily ended in less than 15 minutes. The company’s internal staff consisted only of the owner, the owner’s wife, and an extremely young accountant. The person who interviewed me was the accountant, who did not even know how to introduce the company. When I asked about the company’s systems, they even asked me what I meant by “systems.”

Although the accountant had a good attitude, I don’t understand why they invited me over only to waste my time. They also claimed to be a construction company with 30 years of experience in Taichung, but the scale was astonishingly small.
