Leaving work on time
Cons
The office politics are intense. Senior employees pressure junior employees to choose sides, and there are many cliques. If you do not join one, you will be ostracized. When something goes wrong, people usually shift the blame to junior employees as scapegoats. There are many people who slack off, but there are good ones too.
