At the very beginning, they said there would be two interviews.
After asking about my current job responsibilities, HR introduced the company's benefits and the responsibilities of the position (the position interviewed for was Marketing).
The company benefits sounded good. There are two performance reviews a year, with bonuses awarded afterward, and the year-end bonus can be up to one month's salary.
They said they would definitely email me the next day to let me know whether I would proceed to a second interview with the manager. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email.
If I had to point something out, the HR interview felt very rushed. Perhaps they had already interviewed other, stronger candidates that day.
