Interviewed for a software engineer position; nothing particularly stood out.
1. Interviewed for a software engineer position, but the test questions were abstract SA questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the requirements in the job description!
2. The interviewer only asked basic questions, so why couldn't the test questions be more relevant? Is there any use in asking about far-fetched scenarios? They asked about them again during the interview....
3. There wasn't even a glass of water, and the interview room was very hot.
4. It feels like a very rigid company, and the software they make is also bundled and integrated with hardware.
5. The building is a little far from the main roads.
