The interview was quick and didn't waste time.
I only saw two people in the entire office.
As soon as I arrived at the company for the interview, I was asked to fill out personal information.
At the start of the interview, the interviewer pointed to the expected compensation I had entered on the personal information form and simply asked whether I could accept a salary of RMB 10,000 to 20,000 for this job in the Philippines.
(No job responsibilities were explained, and there was no company introduction.)
I said that I didn't know the job responsibilities or benefits, so I couldn't answer.
The interviewer then said that because I hadn't completed the form, they didn't want to explain anything either.
The entire interview conversation lasted less than about five minutes.
If you're going to an interview, remember that you have to state your current salary, provide the names of your relatives, and write your home address in detail. You will also need proof of salary when you start work.
They do not accept 104 résumés or any online résumé; the personal information form completed on-site is the only basis.
