Pros
The hiring manager who conducted the interview was very open to discussing all terms because they urgently needed someone. They seemed cheerful, straightforward, and like the kind of person who would look after junior staff.
Cons
A few days after I was confirmed as hired, the offer was withdrawn due to internal staff reassignments within the company……
Although it was very unpleasant, when asked about it, the interviewer responded sincerely rather than ignoring the matter.
