Pros
The supervisor was very nice, appeared capable yet humble, respected the interviewee’s time, and provided guidance on what to prepare for the interview!
Cons
More salary information could be disclosed during the interview. If the salary is attractive, making the salary information public would attract more outstanding candidates to apply.
